Newcomers

Japan has even got a law for recruitment (that they are considering to dismiss). every year there is a huge cycle around employment

Students visit fairs and consider companies to integrate one year before they graduate, they get their contracts and are pampered for the whole year up to the event. all contracts start on April 1 of each year. that day, major corporations integrate thousands and thousands of new employees and run big conferences, and induction trainings of all sorts. the 1st week of April in Tokyo is a long line of young men and ladies in their black suit walking to offices and meeting rooms

it is also the start of a new school year and you see new young pupils initiating their living of commuting with the metro on their own
